Emerald Pacific Airlines was founded in November, 1994. The main office was located in Taichung city, managing standard aviation operations.

The total amount of investment reached to NT 40 millions by November, 1996.

Purchase of three helicopters was made in 1995, primarily giving support in the operations of aero photography and agricultural chemical spraying.

The total amount of investment reached to NT 210 millions by June, 1997.

Emerald Pacific Airlines participated in a cooperative project with Water and Soil Conservation Department of National Chung Hsing University in 1999, being engaged in the studies of aero technology of vegetation ecology, acquiring a wide range of operating approach for different landscapes and soil conditions.

Emerald Pacific Airlines spontaneously offered crucial support by transporting disaster relief resources with helicopters among crucial areas soon after the earthquake brought serious destruction to central Taiwan. We instantly developed efficient equipment for powerline insulator cleaning operations. Under the guidance and assistance of the sponsors from the Netherlands, Emerald Pacific Airlines started to take over projects under contracts with Taiwan Power Corporation.

In March 2002, Emerald Pacific Airlines was accredited to entering Kaohsiung Software Technology Park, managing pre-operations in Kaohsiung Cargo Transshipment Center.
